Accreditation Matters

This seal symbolizes that your facility and organization prioritize safety, effectiveness, and attentiveness, reflecting the dedication to the community, country, and region. CAHFO accreditation distinguishes your facility and organization as an accomplishment for promotion.
Certification Matters
Certification is a voluntary process of adherence to good quality of care. Certification symbolizes that your facility and organization prioritize safety, effectiveness, and attentiveness, reflecting the dedication to the community, country, and region. CAHFO certification allows application for accreditation.
Verification Matters
Verification differs from accreditation and certification; it does not require data submission on performance measures, or the organization meets Government and National Safety standards or any specific accreditation standards. It allows for registration to a national and regional database to assure patients, consumers, and other relevant parties that the providers, facilities, and organizations have the clinical capabilities and expertise to safely provide the service they offer.
